We are so confident of the quality of our products and NCLEX® pass rates, we guarantee that your student’s first NCLEX® attempt will be successful if the student has completed the 247 Nurse Tutors NCLEX® Prep Course (online and/or live) in its entirety (entirety means the completion of 247 Nurse Tutors online videos, QBank, diagnostic exam, readiness exam, and the 7 online exams); and attempts the NCLEX® within 30 days of our NCLEX® review, or graduating from the United States or Canada accredited College of Nursing, whichever comes first.

If a student is unsuccessful, there are two choices:

  • A 10-week Personalized Remediation Plan, or
  • A full refund less administrative costs.

For the guarantee to apply, the student must email their intent to care@247nursetutors.com. The student must mail to our corporate mailing address, evidence of their graduation date, and a copy of their NCLEX® candidate report within 2 weeks of receiving the notice.

For a full refund, less administrative costs, the student must email their intent to care@247nursetutors.com. Mail to our corporate mailing address, evidence of their graduation date, a copy of their NCLEX® candidate report within 2 weeks of receiving the notice, return all course materials. They must not have taken more than 2 live reviews (online and/or live package, or in any combination).
